We seek a Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst to support the Go-to-Market (GTM) function for Clearpay UK. This role is vital for enabling business leaders to drive profitable growth by providing strategic insights, conducting financial analysis, and supporting key decisions. On a typical day, you will… Serve as a finance expert and lead strategic initiatives and high-visibility projects involving cross-functional teams. Identify issues, develop hypotheses, and perform detailed analyses to generate relevant insights, making recommendations to executives. Support annual planning and quarterly forecasts, assessing organizational tradeoffs. Prepare analyses and reports on performance and trends for the UK SLT and Cash App leadership. Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to inform business decisions and investment strategies. Collaborate with the broader Finance & Strategy team and other departments to improve processes and workflows. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields, preferably in FinTech. Bachelor\’s degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative field. Experience working with team members at all levels. Strong modelling skills (Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with SQL. Additional Information This role offers a hybrid working model, with 1-2 days in the office per week and the rest remote if preferred.
