What you will do: The Controller will drive results in the accounting functions that support a cluster of ledgers and countries for the segment EMEALA . Reporting through Controllership under the Chief Accounting and Tax Officer organization, this role will serve as an advisor to sub-region CFOs and business leaders, ensuring accounting and reporting integrity, effective controls, and compliance with US GAAP and Company policy. You will lead the monitoring and reporting of financial results, aligning them with our long-term business objectives, and provide guidance, training, and support to various stakeholders on a variety of financial and accounting issues. This is an impactful opportunity where your expertise will directly influence our success, and you will work within a collaborative culture that values professional development and continuous learning. How you will do it: Collaborate and Oversee Closings: Proactively work with business and operations teams to manage, review, and sign off on the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
