We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our beloved Wild at Heart concession within the iconic Liberty London. This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate, creative, and driven team at one of the most beautiful floral retail spaces in London.

We are seeking the right candidate to uphold the Wild at Heart values, maintain our high standards of floristry, and deliver exceptional service to our clients and customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Immaculately presented, with a natural flair for visual styling and attention to detail
  • Proficient in email and admin tasks – able to confidently handle customer communication and internal correspondence
  • Strong leadership skills – experienced in managing and motivating a team
  • Available 4–5 days per week, including weekends and key retail dates (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas)
  • Managerial experience essential, particularly within a customer-facing environment
  • Minimum 5 years of floristry experience, preferably in luxury or high-end floral retail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily running of the Liberty concession, maintaining high visual and operational standards
  • Manage staff rotas, ensuring effective cover across shifts and peak trading periods
  • Take ownership of stock management and flower ordering, ensuring product quality and waste control
  • Liaise with Wild at Heart HQ and other managers to ensure smooth operations and brand consistency
  • Handle client consultations and bespoke orders, particularly for high-profile or long-standing clients
  • Support design development for e-commerce and retail collections, where appropriate
  • Maintain the overall atmosphere and aesthetic of the store in keeping with Wild at Heart’s luxury brand
  • Provide inspirational leadership – nurturing, developing, and supporting team members to thrive
  • Ensure health & safety and company policies are upheld at all times
