A Mechanical Estimator is required for a large Building Services company, ideally with some Project Management experience.
This is for a very busy projects team, with an abundance of Building Services Projects running at any one time and the ideal candidate will work alongside the Project Management team in order to deliver these to best possible standard.
The ideal candidate will have some design and build bid MEP estimating experience.
The ability to demonstrate previous project approvals which you’ve been involved in before. The process which you’d go through to price up projects. The layout, etc in full detail.
This role was initially to replace a M&E Project Management but it made more sense to bring on a Mechanical Estimator because of the sheer volume of projects to tender for over the next few months.
A lucrative, fast paced role which can start perm during December 2024.
