Carpenter Location: Sheepy Road, CV9 3AH Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6+ Months Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 16.93 per hour Job Ref: (phone number removed) Responsibilities Perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including but not limited to constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. Interpret and work from drawings, specifications, and work orders. Ensure all work complies with current building regulations and health and safety standards. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure the timely completion of projects. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Person Specification Proven experience in carpentry and related fields. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Eligibility to work in the UK with all necessary documentation verified.
