Role Summary: The Regional CTO is a visionary technology leader responsible for driving innovation, technical excellence, and strategic growth across a designated region for Thoughtworks. The regions are: Americas (including LATAM), Europe (including India & Middle East), APAC (including China). Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as an escalation point for technical issues. Support presales activities strategically aligned with client needs. Continuously develop expertise to anticipate future client problems, ensuring relevance and impact.Navigate hype cyclesStay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to leverage for competitive advantage. Coordinate regional market sensing activities and share insights with global peers and service line leaders.
