We believe in high autonomy, and we want people who are looking to do things differently in order to create better experiences for our customers.We work in cross-functional teams and are laser focused on increasing the number of active clients we serve to drive sustainable growth.Your teamThe product team executes the strategy and development for IG\’s trading platform and products, driving innovation in trading experiences while meeting regulatory requirements.Your role in the Team\’s SuccessLead the product strategy and development for IG\’s trading platform and products, driving innovation in trading experiences while meeting regulatory requirements.What you\’ll doDefine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IG\’s trading platforms and productsLead a team of product managers focused on trading solutionsDrive innovation in trading experiences, tools, and featuresIdentify market trends and opportunities to maintain IG\’s competitive advantageEnsure trading products meet regulatory requirements while delivering excellent user experiencesCollaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver robust trading solutionsAnalyse product performance, customer feedback, and market data to inform product decisionsRepresent the product team in executive meetings and strategic planning sessionsWhat you\’ll need for this roleKey Qualification Requirements:8+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years leading trading or financial productsDeep understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirementsExperience managing complex, regulated financial productsProven track record of delivering innovative digital trading solutionsStrong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing product teamsExcellent analytical skills and data-driven decision makingBachelor\’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferredHow we workWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
