Do you thrive in a client-facing role?Have you got a proven track record of winning new business?Does staying on top of industry trends excite you?We are looking to grow our team and are now seeking Client Principals who are tasked with delivering exceptional value to our government and financial services clients and being experts in one or more fields!Responsibilities:Drive £8-10M+ in annual consulting revenue through new and existing accountsAct as a strategic advisor to CxO-level clients, aligning esynergy’s propositions to business and technology outcomesShape and convert market intelligence into growth strategies, campaigns, and account playsQualify opportunities using MEDDICC and the Value Selling methodologyManage pre-sales engagements with our lead associates, customers & partnersBuild and deliver SOW (statements of work), negotiate commercials and financials with internal & customer teamsCross-sell & identify new market opportunities, develop market intelligence and trends across the marketReview forecasts and stakeholder managementWork closely with internal teams to identify lead associates and pre-formed teams for specific engagementsRequirements:Proven track record of winning net new business in the cloud consulting landscape across government and/or financial servicesStrong track record of consultative selling in enterprise or regulated industries, with a focus on financial services, fintech, or insuranceComfortable navigating complex procurement cycles and long lead-time salesAbility to influence C-level stakeholders and build long-term strategic relationshipsOversee seamless project transition from sales to delivery, ensuring commercial ownership and stakeholder alignment remains intactCommercial acumen around bid writing, pitches, proposals, workshops, and negotiating commercials & financialsKeen interest in cloud, open-source, and best practices in the tech spaceExperience working with partner channels to drive value with customersValues honesty, collaboration, and growth, fostering a culture of personal developmentSuccess in 12 months looks like:Win and onboard 2–3 net new logos in financial services or fintechDeepen strategic partnerships in at least one major accountContribute to esynergy’s go-to-market positioning and feedback loops from clients to marketing/product teamsThings to know:As a senior commercial leader, you’ll play a visible role in shaping how esynergy partners with private sector clients and defines future consulting opportunities.Values:HonestyCollaborationGrowthDiversity, Belonging & Inclusion:We welcome all applicants from all backgrounds. esynergy is proud to hire based on potential, not specific experience or qualifications.
