Our client is a thriving FM Service Provider with an extensive focus in the hard services sector. Due to numerous contract awards and a further strong pipeline, it is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager in London.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for a small team of PMs and have overall responsibility for delivering a combination of small works projects ( 50-200k) and lager capital projects with a value 1-2m. Most of these projects fall within the M&E, so upgrades, replacements, and refurbishments etc.
The successful Senior Project Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role, you must have excellent communication and people management skills, have run and delivered multiple projects at any one time and continually be putting proposals together.
As a Senior PM you will report into the Head of Projects and play an integral role within the projects division.
Our client is offering:
- 70,000 – 90,000
