Requirements: Bachelor\’s degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in service procurement in one or more European countries. Clear understanding of procurement concepts and processes, with a basic knowledge of the internet industry. Excellent English skills for seamless communication, with solid experience in business writing and negotiation. Strong coordination and communication skills, capable of conducting independent business negotiations and ensuring implementation results.
