Deputy Care Home Manager Location: Stockton on Tees Full Time Salary: £DOE ACS are currently supporting with the recruitment of a well-established U.K care company and their care home in Stockton on Tees, for a deputy home manager. Our client has been awarded \’The most outstanding Residential Care Management Team in the UK\’ and they have continued this ethos through into 2024, so you will be joining a vey successful company. Job Role: The successful candidate will have proven senior experience, be able to lead and manage a team of staff to support the Care Home Manager. You will be responsible for the delivery of quality care – continually assessing our resident\’s needs and wishes and developing the service to enhance quality of life. Positively influence the reputation of the home – communicating professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends, and other external stakeholders.
