The Role:

• This role primarily entails selling Industrial Gears to both new and existing customers, as well as providing technical support to our Gearmotor sales colleagues.
• As a home-based position, self-motivation and initiative are crucial.
• Ideally, the candidate will reside in the North London area, as it is centrally located within the sales territory.

Your qualifications:

• Reporting to the UK Sales Manager for Industrial Gears, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience in the power transmission industry
• Strong customer relationship skills, a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles, and the ability to navigate complex projects from start to finish are essential.
• A solid technical background and familiarity with concepts such as power, torque, and speed are necessary, along with a formal qualification such as ONC/HNC or a degree in an engineering discipline.
• Career progression from a hands-on to a technical/sales role would indicate a deep understanding of the practical challenges encountered and the problem-solving skills needed.
