Job Description ### Description\\n\\n \\n\\n**About the Role \\n** \\n\\nOur lifeguards are on hand to ensure our guests are having a great time as\\nwell as keeping safe in the pool and on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld!\\nOur guests safety is our biggest priority so this role requires superb\\nattention to detail whilst also interacting with our guests and providing\\nexceptional customer service. You will promote and run poolside activities;\\ncreating memorable experiences for our guests. \\n \\nThis is a part time position, idea for students or people with other\\ncommitments. Your contracted hours will be 8 per week, with the option to flex\\nthat up during our peak times! \\n \\n\\nIf you have a previous lifeguard qualification thats brilliant, but we will\\nalso put you through your NPLQ course, giving you all the training you need to\\nstart your career in lifeguarding.\\n\\n \\n\\n### About You\\n\\n \\n\\nWe are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a natural ability to\\nengage and relate with a wide range of people. \\n \\n\\nYou will need to be a strong swimmer with fantastic attention to detail to\\nensure you can monitor the pool at busy times.
