Position: Finishing Shop Operator
Salary: £17.40 - £19.80 per hour (depending on experience) plus overtime at time and a half and benefits

Location: Commutable from Camberley, Bracknell, Farnborough, Farnham, Guildford, Aldershot and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for performing deburring processes including polishing, grinding, smoothing and buffing aerospace machined parts, ensuring they are conforming to drawing and specification.
- Deburr and hand finish parts as required by using established procedures, machines and tooling - training will be provided to cover all areas including fettling, polishing, part marking, etc.
- Visual inspection of parts to ensure each meets the requirements of the order.
- Be able to work at a high level of quality control to avoid inspection returns.
- Support colleagues by assisting with other duties when required, to aid the smooth running of the Company.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience gained in a similar industry.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment (ideally production-based) that can be noisy.
- A desire to learn a new skill and develop within a successful company.
