This role offers the chance to shape multi-channel campaigns that attract, retain and inspire customers, with a particular focus on digital innovation and engaging younger audiences. As Senior Loyalty Marketing Manager, you\’ll own app content and campaign performance, support strategic initiatives to grow colleague participation, and deliver data-driven marketing activity that aligns with broader commercial and brand goals. Key Responsibilities: – Design and deliver loyalty campaigns across digital and offline channels – Lead app content planning and execution to boost downloads and engagement – Collaborate with internal teams on customer communications and events – Secure campaign support through supplier and commercial partnerships – Analyse performance, share insights, and contribute to forecasting and planning – Manage a small team, ensuring GDPR, ASA, and brand compliance What We\’re Looking For: The ideal Senior Loyalty Marketing Manager will have proven experience in loyalty, memberships or CRM marketing, preferably in a retail, consumer or FMCG setting. You\’ll be highly organised, confident presenting at senior level, and skilled in using Excel, Power BI and campaign reporting tools to drive continuous improvement. A marketing or business-related degree, plus a good understanding of BTL campaign delivery at scale, would be beneficial.
