Hunter Adams supports our client in sourcing an ER Consultant for organisational change and transformation projects. This 6‑month fixed‑term contract is based in Liverpool, hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OD programmes, including TUPE and M&A.
• Deliver end‑to‑end OD programmes, projects, and change initiatives.
• Provide strong ER case management and deep understanding of employment legislation across BAU and projects.
