Odoo Implementation Consultant

A leading technology investment management firm is seeking an experienced Odoo Implementation Consultant to standardise systems across its portfolio of early-stage technology services businesses.The role involves configuring key Odoo modules (Projects, CRM, Timesheets, Accounting, Approvals, AI), designing cost-effective licensing and access models, and building scalable workflows—particularly for time-based billing environments. The contractor will also support training for finance and C-level operations staff to ensure long-term system ownership.Key Requirements:Proven experience implementing Odoo in consulting or services environmentsStrong knowledge of relevant Odoo modulesCustom workflow configuration (e.g., timesheet approvals, spreadsheet uploads)Excellent stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently with internal teamsNice to Have:Experience with multi-entity structuresBackground in reducing Odoo user countsLight technical/config skills (Python, XML, Odoo Studio)
