Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, with a strong emphasis on generating qualified leads.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a high-performance and innovative culture.
- Define and track key marketing KPIs to measure effectiveness, ROI and budget utilisation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation.
- Lead Generation
- Develop and implement high-impact lead generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase student enrolment.
- Optimise marketing funnels and student journeys to improve conversion rates and cost per acquisition.
- Leverage data analytics and marketing automation tools to segment audiences and personalise campaigns.
- Promotion & Campaigns
- Create and oversee promotional campaigns to support sales objectives and college events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing content and assets.
- Manage media planning and digital ad spend (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive maximum return on investment.
- Oversee local marketing initiatives to support each campus' unique needs while maintaining group-wide brand consistency.
- Brand Awareness & Positioning
- Build and protect the brand’s reputation, voice, and visual identity across all channels positioning us as a trusted, high-quality childcare provider.
- Oversee PR initiatives, social media, community engagement, and reputation management.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
- Data, Reporting & Insights
- Set and monitor KPIs, producing regular performance reports for senior leadership.
- Use insights to continually refine campaigns, messaging, and targeting strategies.
- Stay informed about education sector trends, competitor activities, and student expectations.
About you:
To excel in this role, you will ideally meet the criteria below.
- Degree qualified in Marketing e.g. Bsc (Hons) Marketing or BA (Hons) (essential)
- Chartered Membership of CIM (desirable)
- 3-5 years of senior marketing experience, within higher education
- Experience scaling marketing efforts across multi-site operations
- Demonstrated success in delivering lead generation campaigns that achieve enrolment growth targets
- Expertise in digital and traditional marketing tools and CRM platforms
- Strong creative skills combined with a performance-driven, analytical mindset
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
