Role: Oracle Service cloud Architect

Location: Reading(2 days/Onsite)

Job Type : Contract

  • Should Lead the architectural design and blueprinting of Oracle B2C Service Cloud solutions, aligning with client business objectives, best practices, and future scalability.
  • Integration Cloud Service (ICS) / Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs for Oracle B2C Service
  • Candidate with good knowledge of Service Cloud (Right Now)
  • Should have knowledge of Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
  • Solid understanding of Oracle B2C Service Cloud data model and architecture.
  • Proficiency in integrating Oracle B2C Service Cloud with external systems using Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
