Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative Daventry Permanent Competitive Salary We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for a well-known client based in Daventry. As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of goods, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and on time. This role requires high standards of accuracy, safety, and organisation within the warehouse. Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm Key Responsibilities: * Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse stock according to picking lists * Pack items securely and appropriately to prevent damage in transit * Generate and attach shipping labels and documentation * Carry out stock checks and assist with stock control as required * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment * Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or system issues to management * Assist with goods-in duties, including checking deliveries against paperwork Skills and Experience: Essential: * Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment * Picking and packing experience with attention to detail * Basic IT skills * Ability to work accurately under time pressure Desirable: * Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central * Forklift licence Personal Attributes: * Reliable and punctual * Good attention to detail * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks CRC Recruitment are a leading Midlands based recruitment consultancy covering vacancies across the UK.
