Our team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-based Judge systems that identify and correct issues with Advertiser creatives. Working with scientists and other engineers, you will bridge AI research and real-world applications. You will provide technical leadership and execute systems that drive revenue and reduce customer frustration by providing smart, automatic guardrails for both advertiser and AI-generated creatives and assets. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver adaptable software solutions in undefined environments. Collaborate with AI researchers and scientists to transform research into production systems, with experience or interest in AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and MLOps tools. Iterate quickly and incrementally, refining solutions based on learning. Lead by example, setting standards for engineering excellence. Simplify systems by actively removing complexity. Focus on customer problems that deliver value, not just stated needs. Balance short-term delivery with long-term vision through effective prioritization. Basic QualificationsExperience in professional software development (non-internship) Proficiency in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, with object-oriented design skills. Knowledge of full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, architecture, reviews, source control, deployment, testing, and operational excellence.
