Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for developing export strategies, managing retailers and distributor relationships, opening new markets, and ensuring strong brand presence abroad.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the global commercial strategy to deliver revenue and profit growthIdentify and onboard new international partners and distributorsManage and grow existing export accounts, ensuring high levels of service and performanceNegotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with international partnersMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in target regionsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to support export needsEnsure compliance with international regulations and export documentation requirementsRepresent Rainbow Cosmetics at international trade shows and industry eventsProvide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and market insight to senior managementCandidate ProfileEducation: Graduate or Post Graduate degree3+ years’ experience in international sales or export management within FMCG, ideally beauty or personal careDemonstrated success in growing brands across UK and international marketsProven track record of securing and growing international accountsStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsDeep understanding of global retail and distribution dynamicsSelf-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumenAbility to travel internationally as requiredFluency in English is essential; additional languages are a strong plusKnowledge of global beauty markets and regulations is desirableWhat We OfferA supportive, inclusive, and fast-paced work environmentThe opportunity to make a visible impact in a growing, trend-led brandCareer growth and personal development opportunitiesCompetitive salaryProduct discounts NO AGENCIES
