The role will involve advising on the structuring, formation, and promotion of various types of investment funds including private equity funds, venture capital funds, infrastructure funds, credit funds, real estate funds, and other alternative investment vehicles. You will also be negotiating and drafting fund documentation including limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, investment management agreements and side letters. Clients include fund managers and large institutional investors.
