About Us

TAG is a leading provider of EAS and RFID based solutions to help retailers reduce theft, and create a seamless shopping experience through improved inventory accuracy, interactive fitting rooms, and faster and more secure payments. Working closely with over 70 major high street brands, TAG is also partnered with Nedap Retail to deliver and support their market defining Loss Prevention solutions within the UK market.   

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for our retail clients—leading the post-sale relationship, ensuring smooth on-boarding, driving adoption of our RFID solutions, and maximising customer satisfaction and retention. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients unlock the full potential of our technologies and drive operational and commercial success in their retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned retail accounts.

* Lead on-boarding and implementation projects, coordinating across technical and client teams.

* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organisations, from store-level teams to senior retail executives.

* Monitor customer performance data and proactively address issues, risks, or opportunities.

* Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Technical Support to ensure seamless service delivery.

* Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

* Act as the voice of the customer internally, championing their needs and feedback.

What You’ll Bring

* 5+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role—ideally in retail tech, SaaS, or RFID/IoT solutions.

* Experience working with enterprise or high-profile retail clients.

* A strong understanding of retail operations, challenges, and KPIs.

* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

* Proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.

* Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK and occasionally abroad.
