Role: eLearning Developer – Articulate 360/RiseLocation: Home basedReports to: COOReach Internal focus: 80%Client facing: 20%About the roleReporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing highly creative and engaging e-Learning courses in line with our clients’ expectations as well as content management of bespoke knowledge portals. Working collaboratively with content specialists, designers and project managers you will be part of a busy delivery team, working on multiple projects to deadlines and allocated budgets. Key Responsibilities: e-Learning and Learning Management System (LMS)Work with designers and content specialists in order to develop engaging e-Learning courses and interactive game-based learningDevelop and deliver SCORM compliant eLearning courses to client LMS requirementsBuild courses within Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, upload and format content and animationsQuality check and review own and other team members’ work to ensure eLearning courses are built to the highest standards Attend client calls when requiredAdministrate and contribute to the development of our internal LMS platformManage client’s LMS accounts including setup, creation and reportingContent ManagementUpload and format content and imagery into The Security Company’s Content Management System (CMS)Quality check site functionality and site content (spelling and grammar)Provide administrative support within SharePoint – upload and format content and imagery through SharePoint web-portalsCarry out statistics and analysis reportingProvide face-to-face and remote CMS training to clients and TSC staffGeneral Support Project Managers and Delivery team in fulfilling client requirementsAssist in the development and testing of new productsTo adhere to organisational and legal regulations/processesWorking with sales team to provide advice on technical requirements for tenders.To take responsibility for own personal, and career developmentTo represent The Security Company professionally, and in accordance with the company values, at all times both with external customers and suppliers and internal colleaguesEssential knowledge requirementsKnowledge of Articulate Storyline 360 and RiseKnowledge of learning technologies and their contribution to delivering blended employee learning solutionsEssential skillsStrong problem solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve existing or potential problemsResults orientated Strong team player – engaging, confident and flexible in approachSelf-management and planning of your work schedule with a high level of accountabilityAbility to work on multiple projects at any one time delivering on deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and QC and testing skillsExperience with Adobe creative Suite including After Effects and IllustratorExperience and approachProven experience working on commercial eLearning projects A passion for learning technologyDesirable knowledge and experienceKnowledge and experience of LMS administration and managementExperience of scheduling work within a team Knowledge of Javascript – to enhance eLearning course functionalitySoftware experienceArticulate Storyline and Rise 360 Website CMS systemsMicrosoft Office applicationsAdobe Creative Suite – After effects and IllustratorBenefitsThe Security Company is proud to be an employee owned (15%) business.
