As the Head of Youth Justice Service, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of 60 staff, overseeing a £3.3m budget. Your responsibilities include modernising youth justice services, meeting statutory requirements, and delivering outstanding outcomes for young people and families., * Provide leadership for a "child-first" Youth Justice Service.
