Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) are currently hiring for multiple Solar Site Managers for initial 6-12 month contracts. This assignment will involve working on utility-scale solar projects within England. All engagements would be onsite 5 days per week.

We are looking for various site managers for our client who are an established EPC contractor on their utility scale projects within England.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily site operations for utility-scale solar PV installation
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on-site
  • Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Monitor construction progress and resolve issues proactively
  • Conduct daily briefings, site inductions, and enforce HSE compliance
  • Liaise with project managers, grid connection teams, and QA/QC inspectors
  • Review and maintain site documentation (RAMS, site diaries, permits)
  • Manage material deliveries and ensure availability of equipment on-site
  • Ensure compliance with DNO/grid requirements and construction drawings
  • Lead final commissioning, handover, and punch list close-out
