We are seeking a motivated and innovative leader to work at Trinity Academy New Bridge, who can demonstrate a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people in a positive environment characterised by strong relationships, trust, and respect amongst staff, learners, parents, and carers.
The successful candidate will have QTS and leadership qualifications, with a proven track record of school improvement planning, delivery, and impact. You will provide dynamic and strategic direction, leadership, and accountability in respect of all aspects of standards and the day-to-day management of the academy as well as undertaking duties as Designated Safeguarding Lead. Ideally, you will have headship experience in an SEMH or general SEN setting, as well as proven behaviour management skills along with experience in a setting that implements trauma-informed practices.
