HEAD OF UK&I MARKETING – ADVISORY
Role Purpose
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our UK&I Marketing team within CBRE Advisory.
The UK&I Head of Marketing position will join the marketing leadership team and will be responsible for creating and delivering an integrated marketing strategy, to facilitate revenue growth across multiple Lines of Business, Markets and Sectors.
The role requires an experienced marketing leader who will raise CBRE’s brand visibility, deliver high quality client experiences, and drive growth through innovative campaigns.
The UK&I Head of Marketing will lead the in-house marketing team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and stakeholders across CBRE.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and personal development of UK&I Marketing team
- Creation and management of UK Marketing budget
- Creation of annual marketing strategies and responsibility for execution of integrated plans alongside Communications, Events and Digital teams
- Close working relationship with senior leaders to deliver bespoke go-to-market plans to contribute to business goals
- Delivery of annual thought leadership campaigns working closely with Research
- Partner with Digital team to maximise the potential of social media and digital channels as part of the marketing mix
- Direct content for flagship events working closely with the Events team to deliver outstanding client experiences
- Lead on sponsorships and partnerships to maximise brand visibility
- Ensure global brand image is consistently deployed in United Kingdom & Ireland domestic markets, acting as a brand guardian across all touchpoints
- Regularly present at UK Executive Committee meetings on key marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Track and report on ROI metrics and KPIs
Person Specification/Requirements
- Experienced marketing leader who has operated at leadership level
- Proven success at directing, coaching and elevating a high performing team in a fast-paced multinational environment
- Proactive, creative, innovative, with an appetite for constant new ideas
- Results-oriented and experienced in using data to drive decision-making, and shape business perceptions of marketing’s value add
- Digital-first mindset with strong social media experience
- Capable of articulating and presenting a simple, clear and compelling vision, based on measurable business outcomes
- Strong editorial sensibilities, from relentless attention to detail, to writing stylishly executed content
- Able to confidently communicate results to senior stakeholders, and manage and influence colleagues across all levels of the organisation
- Highly analytical with a structured problem-solving approach and strongly metrics / KPI driven
- Responsibility for effectively managing large projects, driving efficiencies and cost control
- Will demonstrate exceptional cross-functional partnership and influencing skills with peers
