Duties Manage our HR system, People HR, to become a super user and manage all of our processes. PeopleHR related tasks include Take responsibility for starters, leavers, changes processes and checklists Prepare all letters and contracts and review templates Upload data as and when required Run reports, including for clients and prospective clients Verification of current data Respond to any PeopleHR queries from people in the business Responsible for writing and updating all HR related policies and procedures Respond in a timely manner to all reference and confirmation of employment requests Manage the 360-feedback process Responsible for all pre-employment screening and visa related licenses and processes Administer all benefit schemes (see all schemes on offer below) including relationships with brokers and providers, processes for joiners, leavers, changes, renewals and total reward statements Lead the HR payroll process Lead project to automate payroll Conduct the new joiner induction process Annual salary benchmarking exercise Support Provide reception/office management support on a Thursday and Friday when the Office Manager is not working. This will include, answering the phone, meeting and greeting guests and making sure the office is a suitable working environment. The Successful Candidate Has already gained experience in Human Resources at a mid to senior level and is looking for a part time role. Can work in our office from 0800 – 16.30 on their required days.
