We are looking to appoint an experienced and commercially focused BMS Account Manager to join our team in Glasgow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long‑term client relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and playing a key role in driving business growth within the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) sector. As a BMS Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, respond to enquiries, and ensure a high‑quality end‑to‑end service. Alongside account management, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, forecasting project pipelines, and producing detailed technical and commercial proposals. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include managing and developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, estimating projects, and collaborating with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes. You will also play an active role in leading commercial initiatives, supporting marketing and customer engagement activities, and conducting regular client reviews to identify opportunities for growth.
