As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the execution of the AI-powered claims solutions. This is an opportunity to lead product growth and make a tangible impact on a product that already has strong product-market fit.

What You\’ll Do

• Own end-to-end product delivery
• Master complex customer workflows
• Collaborate with our engineering team to balance ambitious AI capabilities with practical customer needs.
• Drive customer research and insights through interviews, usage data, and feedback to continuously improve our product.
• Execute product launches and analyze performance to maximize customer adoption.

What They\’re Looking For

• 7-10 years of product management experience, with 2-3 years in senior roles delivering successful B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience with complex B2B products for sophisticated enterprise customers.
• Experience in a regulated industry like insurance, fintech, or healthcare.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with engineering teams on complex technical products.
• A customer-driven mindset with a track record of using deep research and data to drive product decisions.
• Experience with AI/ML products that leverage advanced technology to deliver customer value is a plus.
