With a strong reputation for excellence and a growing team of specialists, they offer an exciting opportunity for experienced consultants who want to shape the future of finance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for mid to enterprise clientsEngage directly with CFOs, FDs, and FP&A teams to understand requirements and design fit-for-purpose modelsTranslate complex business needs into technical solutions and oversee configuration and deliveryManage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communicationProvide quality assurance across deliverables and ensure adherence to project standardsSupport pre-sales activity, including demos, scoping, and proposal developmentMentor and support junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the teamRequirementsProven experience leading Adaptive Planning implementations, ideally in a consultancy settingStrong understanding of FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modellingAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable managing multiple workstreams and working in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of related systems (e.g., Workday Financials, NetSuite, Anaplan) is a bonusWillingness to travel occasionally within the UK and Europe when required #J-18808-Ljbffr
