We have a current opportunity for an Operations Director on a permanent basis. This is in EV.

The EV Operations Director is responsible for overseeing, developing, and optimizing the operational activities. This role involves managing EV & non-charging assets, supply chain logistics, customer support, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals. The EV Operations Director collaborates across departments to align operations with strategic business objectives, delivering efficiency, scalability, and exceptional customer experiences.
Base Location: The location is flexible, offered as Field-Based, and will require the position holder to be in various locations in the UK & Ireland field meeting with our contractors and suppliers, as well as spending time at the Canary Wharf head office.

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  2. 8+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field, with a focus on the automotive or EV industry.
  3. Proven experience leading large teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
