• Hertfordshire | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 remote)

We’re working with a high-growth FMCG business on a mission to bring better options to busy families. With a reputation for clever innovation and a growing footprint in UK retail, they’re doubling down on brand investment and consumer connection.

The Brand Manager will drive brand visibility across paid, owned, and earned channels, champion new product launches, and grow a loyal consumer community through content, campaigns and partnerships.

The Brand Manager will…

– Shape and execute engaging, insight-led brand campaigns across multiple channels

– Oversee social media strategy and influencer partnerships to boost brand love

– Deliver annual go-to-market plans for new products in collaboration with global and commercial teams

– Champion the brand in retailer discussions and support sell-in plans

– Analyse category and brand performance to steer future activity

You Will Need

– 4+ years' FMCG marketing experience, ideally in a brand team

– Experience in planning and delivering through-the-line campaigns

– Confident communicator and relationship-builder, both in-house and externally

– Strong grasp of data-led decision-making, with analytical rigour

– Background in content development and influencer strategy a strong plus
