Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain advanced ADM machines to ensure consistent, high-quality output. Process build platforms across all ADM systems. Finish parts to a high standard of surface quality, ensuring they meet exacting specifications. Prioritise tasks based on aerodynamic test plans and tight deadlines. Support the smooth operation of the department by stepping into additional responsibilities when needed. Communicate effectively with engineers and colleagues across the Aerodynamics Department. Work flexibly across rotating shifts and adapt to project-specific requirements. Maintain a professional, proactive attitude and represent the team positively. What We’re Looking For 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SLA Additive Manufacturing technology. Strong technical understanding of additive manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced engineering environment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality parts.
