Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Coalville
Shift Pattern: Panama Shift Pattern (Days and Nights)

Salary: Up to £52,000 + Benefits

Our client, a global leader in automation solutions, is seeking a motivated Maintenance Engineer to join their team at a major customer site in Coalville. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a highly automated, cutting-edge facilitywith a clear path to progress into a Shift Leader role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a range of automated equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and carry out corrective actions
• Support the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using the CMMS system
• Assist in managing shift handovers and contribute to shift reports
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in an electrical or mechanical discipline
• Solid experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or automated environment
• Good understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Health and safety awareness
• A proactive attitude and the desire to grow into a leadership role
