Electrical – Multi Skilled Shift Engineer

I’m helping a major FM service provider find a nights only shift engineer on a large contract in West London.

Salary: £42,000 – £44,000 + overtime

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off NIGHTS ONLY 6pm – 6am

Location: Large, static site in West London

Opportunities: Further training and progression

Tasks:

  1. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Carry out scheduled maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and HVAC equipment. Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to high standards and in compliance with regulations.
  2. Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical faults on a variety of systems, including control panels, motors, pumps, and BMS. Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies, minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment is back in service as quickly as possible.
  3. Electrical Installations and Upgrades: Carry out electrical installations, modifications, and upgrades as required, adhering to relevant regulations and standards (BS7671).

Qualifications:

  1. NVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 electrical installations
  2. 17th or 18th Edition
