Position: QA Test Lead
Location: London, three days a week onsite
Our client a leading igaming business are looking to hire a QA Test Lead to join an in-house QA/Delivery team. As the company continues to grow, they’re keen to bring on board someone experienced, ambitious, and ready to contribute to the ongoing success of the business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee testing activities for high-profile projects, ensuring top-quality standards.
- Conduct manual testing across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices, identifying and resolving issues.
- Develop and execute test cases aligned with game and lottery-specific functionality.
- Guide and mentor junior testers, ensuring best practices and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to process improvements and quality assurance strategies.
What Are We Looking For?
- Strong QA experience, with expertise in manual testing and debugging.
- Leadership skills, with prior experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience working within the gaming or gambling industry is a plus.
