Tenant Liaison Officer

Bridgeman Recruitment Services (Agency) has been instructed to recruit for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer for a Regional Building Contractor. The ideal candidates will have a background in Social housing tenancy or have worked in a customer facing role within the social housing sector. Responsibilities of the Tenant Liaison Officer include: * Supporting our team and residents on large housing projects working to programme * Co-ordinating, monitoring, tracking and supporting the annual works programme * Liaising with tenants and contractors * Logging risks * Producing weekly performance reviews and completion programmes Ideal Candidate Requirements: CSCS Card preferred Basic understanding of construction in social housing Excellent organisational skills Ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent communication skills This position will be long term for the right person, for more information call Ashley at BRS
