Our client is a leading player in the Oil & Gas sector and is currently seeking a Construction Manager to join their team based in Runcorn. This is a permanent staff role with a hybrid working pattern and potential frequent travel to project sites. You will work within a resourceful and creative environment alongside a highly talented team. Key Responsibilities: Act as Principal Contractor in accordance with CDM 2015 (Construction Design and Management) regulations, ensuring responsibilities are discharged correctly. Support the Project Manager with the development of the programme to ensure all construction activities are planned and managed appropriately. Support project QHSE to ensure the highest level of health and safety throughout construction activities. Ensure construction risks are identified and managed to minimise project impact through reviews and client-specific safety meetings. Manage construction information like records and drawings in accordance with Quality Management Systems. Lead and manage the construction team and sub-contractors to deliver project objectives. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, particularly during construction stages.
