This position is based in the UK; it is remote/hybrid with collaborative meetings in or around London. We are a fully remote organisation but require candidates in-country. Previous or current experience in the Middle East is also an advantage.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Principal Consultant based in the UK, ideally within commuting distance of our London offices for meetings when required. The Principal Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional business insight, technology expertise, and innovative solutions to drive water industry transformation.

Qualifications

  • Business development and innovation.
  • Technology consulting, proposal, and report writing.
  • Background in systems thinking and process engineering.
  • Business analysis and business improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • English as the primary business language.
  • Project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in the water sector is a must.
  • Related Master’s degree in Engineering or Sciences.

Well-developed knowledge of municipal water, wastewater treatment, and sludge processes, with technical expertise in one or more specific areas – preference for specific areas of expertise in potable water, water reuse, and sludge treatment and management.

We are ideally looking for an individual who has UK experience and the right to work in the UK. If you have completed 2-4 years on a COS and might need to transfer to a new sponsor, we may consider that but we won’t consider anyone who does not already have UK experience.
