What you’ll get up to?
you\’ll be the storyteller behind the brand – the one who brings their energy to life across every channel.
Lead and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple venues and brands
Drive digital and social strategy that builds loyalty, drives bookings, and keeps fans hungry
Own CRM, paid media, and local marketing plans
Work closely with ops and creative teams to make sure brand and experience stay perfectly aligned
Get your hands dirty – from shoot days and launches to influencer collabs and partnerships
Measure success, track trends, and constantly evolve the marketing mix
Your DNA?
Have 2-4 years\’ experience in marketing within hospitality, food, or lifestyle brands
Get the balance between creativity and commercial impact
Love Japanese food and the culture around it
Know your way around CRM, PPC, Meta Ads, and influencer marketing
Thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment where your ideas actually land
