Job Description

As a Banking and Finance Solicitor, you will be advising on domestic and cross-border financing transactions including leveraged, real estate, structured, Islamic, and receivables financing, as well as advising on restructuring existing facilities.

The team works with both lender and borrower clients, including major clearing banks, commercial and private banks, non-bank lenders, investment funds, institutional investors, corporate borrowers, hedge funds, and family offices.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Banking and Finance Solicitor will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor who has worked at a City or regional law firm.

A broad finance background will be very beneficial.
