Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

£73,817 – £81,442 per annum

Alveston, Bristol / Hybrid

This is an exciting new CFO role within Enable Trust, based in South Gloucestershire, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping the next stage of our journey as a growing and successful Trust. You will be a key member of our innovative and proactive Leadership Team. Together, our shared mission is to deliver the best possible outcomes for our children and young people.

Our children and young people are at the heart of everything we do. We are a specialist Trust dedicated to providing outstanding and holistic education for children and young people with a range of complex co-existing special educational needs. Additionally, we are expanding into alternative provision for children and young people who require short-term education because they are temporarily unable to attend mainstream school for a variety of reasons.

Enable Trust currently operates three schools, with plans to grow to five or more by 2028, with further expansion planned beyond this date. Our proven track record for achieving excellent educational outcomes, combined with high-quality financial and operational management, provides a strong foundation for this ambitious growth.

The Chief Finance Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the Trust, providing an opportunity to influence and develop systems and processes required to realise our vision of ‘achieving more together’.
