Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator. Our client is a market-leading independent estate agency based in Norwich, known for their exceptional service, innovative approach, and strong presence in the local property market.

How does the day-to-day look? As part of the busy lettings team, this primarily office-based role involves handling enquiries from both tenants and landlords, arranging viewing appointments, negotiating offers and potential new tenancy terms. Responsibilities include:

  • Tenancy administration such as referencing
  • Arranging inventories
  • Completing ID, Right To Rent, Sanctions, mandatory certification checks and ASTs before handing the tenancy over to the accounts and property management teams who look after rental payments, arrears and all property maintenance.
  • Providing excellent customer service, dealing with incoming calls, responding to queries and ensuring clear communication with Landlords, Tenants and colleagues in person, via phone and email.

You will have:

  • A confident, professional approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong customer service mindset and a confident communicator both verbally and in writing, with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Good problem-solving ability and initiative, able to think outside the box when needed.
  • A full UK driving licence is preferable but not essential.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:45am to 5:15pm, every other Saturday 08:45am to 3:00pm.

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000
