Lettings Negotiator Norwich
Contract Personnel is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator. Our client is a market-leading independent estate agency based in Norwich, renowned for their exceptional service, innovative approach, and strong local presence.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Handling enquiries from tenants and landlords, arranging viewings, negotiating offers, and tenancy terms.
- Tenancy administration such as referencing.
- Arranging inventories.
- Completing ID, Right To Rent, sanctions, mandatory certification checks, and ASTs before handing over to accounts and property management teams for rental payments, arrears, and maintenance.
- Providing excellent customer service, responding to queries, and maintaining clear communication with landlords, tenants, and colleagues via phone, email, and in person.
Candidate requirements:
- Confident, professional approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills and initiative, with the ability to think creatively.
- A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:45am – 5:15pm, every other Saturday 08:45am – 3:00pm.
Salary: GBP 25,000 to GBP 28,000.
