Head of Sales โ Remote We\โre looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and grow a high-performing sales function within an exciting client of ours. This is a senior leadership role responsible for setting sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing a team of 5-6 sales professionals. Youโll work closely with senior stakeholders to develop market positioning, expand client relationships, and deliver commercial performance across a rapidly evolving energy landscape. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop a sales team of 5-6, setting clear targets and performance expectations. Define and deliver the sales strategy across energy management, energy procurement, and wider renewable energy services. Drive new business acquisition while strengthening existing client relationships. Oversee the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to contract close. Work closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure propositions meet client needs. Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting. Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and conferences. Travel regularly to meet clients and support the sales team nationwide. Skills
