Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent)

PPM Recruitment is currently seeking a Sales Negotiator for a newly formed estate agency based in Liverpool.

Responsibilities include:

1. Generating new business
2. Marketing properties across various portals to ensure maximum exposure
3. Keeping vendors updated on the marketing of their properties
4. Taking enquiries via phone, email, and in person
5. Organising and conducting property viewings
6. Negotiating sales and liaising with vendors and buyers
7. Nurturing your own pipeline of potential sellers and new property listings
8. Upselling additional services
9. Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by management

The ideal candidate will have experience in these duties and be able to drive new business forward.
