Housing Options Caseworker

A local authority in Hampshire is looking for a Housing Options Officer for an initial 4-month contract. They need someone with at least 3 years\’ experience working in a homelessness team within a local authority. If you\’ve worked in Hampshire before, even better. You\’ll be expected to hit the ground running – writing s184 decision letters, drafting PHPs, and giving clear, accurate housing advice to clients. You\’ll be on duty twice a week and based in the office on those days. The other 3 days can be worked from home. The caseload is 35 on average, and they use the system Civica.
