Multi-Skilled Engineer

Randstad C&P is recruiting for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a growing UK-based property services team. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career and grow with a company from the ground up.

The Package:

• Competitive salary between 30,000 – 33,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a wide range of general maintenance tasks in residential properties
• Performing carpentry and joinery duties, including repairs and installations
• Boxing in and securing exposed pipework
• Lifting, relaying, and repairing floorboards where needed
• Completing minor patching, plastering, and finishing work
• Providing a friendly, professional service while working in occupied homes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled or handyperson role
• Strong carpentry/joinery skills and a good general maintenance background
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally in domestic settings
• Full UK driving licence
